Which document do you need?
- Proforma invoice: a quotation-style invoice sent before the sale. Used to open letters of credit and request advance payment.
- Commercial invoice: the actual invoice for the sale. Customs value and duties are based on it.
- Packing list: shows the number of packages, their contents and net and gross weights, so customs and the receiver can check the cargo.

Company, address and product details stay in your browser. Only quantities, prices and weights are sent to our server to work out the totals. Before sending the document, check what your buyer and the destination customs need.
