We collect from the factory
We pick up your cargo at your supplier's ramp on the day it is ready and check its dimensions, weight and packing.

Loading at the port
The container enters the terminal, the VGM is declared, customs is cleared and the crane lifts the box on board.
At sea
While the vessel sails we follow the container and tell you straight away if the arrival date changes.

On arrival we prepare the documents, clear customs with our agent and release the container.
